I love the way Harry remembers his mother – it feels like his memories, his living memories of her are of the impact she made on the world, what she represented to people in a larger sense. It’s odd that Prince William doesn’t seem to remember Diana in the same way – to William, his mother seems to be merely a cautionary tale of how not to behave, or as a prop to be used to get his own way.
I wonder if William realizes the public regards him in this way.

he was born in Kent. his mom is Vanda Pelly. His dad was a car dealership owner. Now they basically live in a hoity toity super expensive country farmhouse (aka country estate) in kent. His mom depends on him to drive her around. He also has got a ton of speeding tickets
HIs family is old money but not aristoracy. I think it is his mom’s side but he is part of the Tate & Lyle Sugar dynasty.
